PREMIUM EnergyConsumers who meet the following conditions are considered as eligible consumers;
Real or legal persons directly connected to the transmission system,
Organized industrial zone legal entities,
Consumers who have the right to use or have acquired the right to use the place of use where electricity is consumed in excess of the eligible consumer limit in the previous calendar year or in the current year.
At the meeting of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority dated 16.12.2021, pursuant to the provisions of Article 5, paragraph 6, subparagraph (b) of Article 5 of the Law No. 4628 on the Organization and Duties of the Energy Market Regulatory Authority and Article 41 of the Electricity Market Consumer Services Regulation, the eligible consumer limit for 2024 was determined as 950 kWh and announced in the Official Gazette dated 30.12.2023. This limit is re-evaluated by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority at the beginning of each year and reduced to the extent deemed appropriate.
